What these terms cover

Tiagro is an AI-assisted trip planner. These terms govern how you may use the app and the associated website. By signing up, you agree to them.

Your account

You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your login details secret. Provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date.

What the AI does — and what it doesn't

Trip suggestions, place descriptions, opening hours, prices and extracted ticket data are generated automatically. They may be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong.

Check everything you rely on yourself — in particular departure times, bookings, entry requirements and opening hours. Do not rely solely on the app for safety-related decisions.

Navigation and location

Routes and directions are for guidance only. In traffic, always observe the actual traffic situation, signage and applicable regulations. Do not operate the app while driving.

Your content

Trips, notes, documents and tickets that you create or upload belong to you. We claim no rights to them. You undertake not to post any content that infringes the rights of third parties or violates applicable law.

Email import

You can forward booking confirmations to your personal address in the form trips-kennung@tiagro.app — individually by hand or automatically through a forwarding rule in your email program. This is optional; the app can be used in full without this feature. Tiagro does not access your mailbox.

• Only forward emails that belong to you or that you are entitled to pass on. If a forwarded message contains data of other people — such as fellow travellers — you are responsible for this.
• If you set up automatic forwarding, choose the rule so that only booking confirmations and travel documents are forwarded. You can end it at any time in your email program.
• Your forwarding address is personal. Do not share it publicly — anyone who knows it can add entries to your account.

The analysis is automated and may miss details or assign them incorrectly. Check imported bookings before you rely on them — in particular departure times, booking references and the validity of travel documents.

Sharing routes

When you create a share link, anyone with that link can view the route in question without signing in. Only share it with people you want to give this access to. You can revoke sharing at any time; if not revoked, it ends after 90 days.

Not permitted

• Querying the app or its interfaces automatically to an extent that impairs its operation
• Circumventing security mechanisms or accessing other people's accounts
• Using the app to distribute unlawful content

Availability

We strive for reliable operation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages and changes to integrated services may lead to restrictions.

Liability

Termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile. This ends your use of the service, and the associated data is removed.

Changes

We may amend these terms, for example when features change. We will inform you of material changes in the app.

Arrangement of travel services

You can book flights and accommodation through the app. In doing so, we act as an intermediary: the contract of carriage is concluded with the respective airline and the accommodation contract with the respective property . The app shows you the price, the service and the cancellation terms before purchase; the conditions of carriage or terms of stay of the respective provider also apply. Payment is processed via our partners' payment systems. There is no right of withdrawal for flights (§ 312(2) no. 14 of the German Civil Code, BGB); for accommodation it is excluded (§ 312g(2) no. 9 BGB) — both are also stated in the respective purchase step.

Governing law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If you are a consumer, you retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence.
